So, what's the deal?
We will make a free 'look & feel' design proposal for your site based on your supplied text and artwork if you have it.
Specification
The specification will define the size and features of the site and the extent of the services that we will be required to provide. (See below).
Domain
If you do not have a domain for your business, we can advise on choice of name and register it on your behalf. If you already have a domain we can look after the administration for you and set the DNS to 'point to' the web server.
Mail
We will set up email facilities on the domain, with as many mailboxes as you require to enable you to collect mail addressed to the domain, using your favourite mail client, and via the web.
Design
We will design and prepare all the pages including response forms, (where required). Content is normally provided by the client, but copywriting can be included. Original artwork will be provided as agreed in the specification.
Hosting
Your website will be hosted on a fast and reliable commercial web server (the host machine) physically close to the backbone of the internet. We will provide the hosting and upload your website to the server.
Visitor statistics
Graphical monthly visitor statistics will be provided to help you assess the use that is being made of the site. This will provide comprehensive analysis of every aspect of your site's performance to ensure your site is earning it's corn.
Updates
Some websites require frequent updating of data which you could do yourself using a content management system, whereas others require just occasional maintenance. Occasional minor updates are included.
Search engine optimisation and registration
Search engine optimisation is widely promoted as a mysterious black art. We do it the easy way using a potent mixture of knowledge and skill. It works wonders - and it's included!

Fees
After consultation we will offer a fixed price package to an agreed specification.
Fee structure will normally provide for an initial design and build component and an annual management fee to cover the cost of hosting, maintenance, minor revisions and updates. Fees are payable at time of order.
Development
We can re-develop, maintain or re-build your existing site, according to your needs. Terms will depend on your specific requirements.
